तीन घर होते थे बचपन में...
एक के ऊपर एक....
फिर भी
छत सांझी होती थी सबकी,
वहाँ हम मिलकर...दोस्तो के साथ...होली खेला करते थे...
आज देखा शहर के घर की छत से...
कितने दोस्त-मित्र हैं आस पास की छतों पर...
रंग सजाते हैं एक-दूसरे के चेहरों पे...
सचमुच....
भावनाएं ही तो बनाती हैं सांझी छतें------!!!! 

होली मुबारक!!! रंग मुबारक!!! इन्द्रधनुषी मुस्कुराहटें बनी रहें !!!! J

"लौट आया हूँ हरियाणा के जींद शहर से| आपको बताया था कि हरियाणा के कुरुचेत्र विश्वविद्यालय के युवा और सांस्कृतिक विभाग जींद के किनाना के इंडस इन्जिनिएरिंग एंड टेकनालोजी संस्थान में आयोजित साहित्यिक कार्यशाला में तीन दिनों के लिए गया था| यह कार्यशाला हर साल किसी एक शहर के एक कालेज में होता है| संस्थान शहर से दूर रबी फसलों के बीच है| शांत सुरम्य और हरियाली से भरी यह जगह कविता के लिए सही जगह लगी| कुरुचेत्र विश्वविद्यालय के कालेजों से चुने हुए करीब २०० सौ छात्र/छात्राएं जुटे थे| इस कार्यशाला की यह खासियत है कि इसमें छात्राओं की संख्या लगभग बराबर होती है और छात्र पूरी तरह से अनुशासित होते हैं| इतनी संख्या में लड़कियों का घर से दूर किसी कार्यशाला में शामिल होने आना राज्य में विकास और आधुनिकता का प्रतिबिम्ब है| हरियाणा ने अपनी लड़कियों में इतना भरोसा दिखाया है| मन पुलकित हो उठता है| लड़कियों में शिक्षा का प्रसार भी हरियाणा में काफी हुआ है| हरियाणा का विकास केवल अछि सडकों, यातायात के समृद्ध साधनों और आर्थिक समृदधि में देखा ही जाना चाहिए परन्तु लड़कियों में बदती शिक्षस में भी देखा जाना चाहिए| कार्यशाला में भाषा की तमीज, संवाद करने की तहजीब, व्यक्तित्व निर्माण और विकास और परिस्कार की तकनीक, अपने पर भरोसा करने तजवीज दी जाती है| क्लास रूम से बिलकुल अलग एक लोकतान्त्रिक समावेशी और संवेदित माहौल में यह कार्यशाला होता है|
हिंदी में प्रयुक्त होने वाले नुक्ते वाले शब्दों के उच्चारण को दुरुस्त करने वाला अभ्यास से लेकर आंगिक भाषा की खुबिओं तक पर जोर दिया गया| कविता के लिए मैंने विषय दिया प्रेम| लगभग २२ छात्र / छात्राओं ने एस विषय पर कविता लिखीं| पढ़कर सुनाया| उर्दू, हिंदी, हरयाणवी,इंग्लिश , पंजाबी, भाषाओँ में बच्चों ने कविता की रचना की| "जब आप प्रेम में होते हैं, तो यकीन होने लगता है कि भगवान होता है/ प्रेम कभी गिराने नहीं देता", "छुपा ले आशु, इसे आग बनाना", "निश्छल भावना प्रेम है"," देख उसकी शत्रुता दुश्मन भी कायल हुआ" सरीखी पंक्तियाँ उनकी कविताओं में थी जो मुझे आकर्षित कर रही थीं| हालाँकि बच्चों में उर्दू ग़ज़ल काफी लोकप्रिय है| अपनी हर बात कहने के लिए वे एक शेर जरूर पढ़ते है लेकिन पढ़ने के पहले इजाजत जरुर मांगते हैं|"

Anoop Lather Sir, Surya Swami ji, Kapil Sir and Sumedha Kataria.. at Lather Sir's home,, There it was.. the idea was shared and adopted by them... two decades now.... See.. For 5-7 years You are listening about Communication Skills/Soft Skills/Public Speaking... THEY STARTED IT THEN.....

Literary Workshop is Conducted as Inter-Zonal Literary Events for KUK Affiliated colleges.

Debate: Hindi-English


Symposium ( Declamation on the Spot... on Selected Topics and then Questions-Answers between Audience and the Speaker..


Poetical Symposium:  Experts Give a THEME  or a Word beforehand to students and then Poems are composed with FEEL and guidance...Hindi-English-Punjabi-Haryanvi and Urdu are there as different categories and there will be Experts for each one...

Going with the Naturalistic Approach of Learning...Anoop Lather Sir has developed this Laboratory with acute strategies and Modules....
It needs to be mentioned that Many Many participants of this workshop are established Media Personalities, Officers, Writers, Poets, Trainers, Presenters, Performers, Event Managers, Anchors and Announcers, Business Professionals and Teachers.
This Year- 29th Feb to 4th March-Indus Institute of Engineering and Technology will become the Lab-Field for the MOST UNIQUE Competitions where Participants are Trained first and then are put to Task.
